White Beach Tourist Park offers a relaxed atmosphere coupled with quality facilities and direct beach access. All of our powered and Motorhome sites have access to water, grey water drainage &  power outlets.

Close to all sites are clean amenities and laundry facilities. A  camp kitchen dining/tv room makes camping comfortable.

We also offer gas BBQ’s, a children’s playground, free wi-fi, a dump point, store offering icecreams and basics.

Covid-19 Update

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: All guests must comply with whatever Government and Health Authority rules are in place at the time of your stay e.g. hygiene, maximum numbers inside buildings, social distancing etc – whilst in our Park.

Park Management will be adhering to all regulations and may need to make some changes without notice in regard to our usual practices eg. borrowing of sports equipment, group activities etc.

All patrons are requested to read and observe the following Park Conditions of your stay with us. As the Principal guest it is your responsibility to ensure all those travelling with you are aware of the conditions of your stay. If you have any questions – ask us before your stay. During your stay if you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to discuss with Park Management/Office staff.

Children and infants are the sole responsibility of their parent/caregiver and must be supervised at all times while on the Park property

Arrival and Departure: Check In Time: Sites from 11am.  Cabins from 2pm   Check Out Time Sites and Cabins by 10am

Any fees due are to be paid on or before arrival. 

Site allocation/RestrictionsWe will endeavour to keep you on the site you have requested however we cannot guarantee a particular site.  Sites 3,4,5,6 are for tents only – cars to park beside not on the site.  Sites 13-18 strictly motorhome/campervans only – no fires at any time.  Sites 47-52 Caravans/Motorhomes only-no tents/swags or fires at any time.

One vehicle per site/cabin. Trailers and additional cars to go into carpark.  Boats into the boatyard.  Every effort will be made to accommodate extra vehicles/boats however access to the carpark and boatyard is subject to availability.Powered and unpowered site entry and exit is via a coded gateA Site holder will be issued with a boom gate code and can have any one vehicle on their site at any one time. If you have two vehicles one vehicle will need to exit before the other can enter – including when unloading or packing up.  

Cabins are serviced weekly i.e. for stays of more than 7 days only. On arrival the main bed will be made up and linen for any additional paying guests will be placed on the bunkbeds.  Extra linen is available from the office but may incur a cost.  A coin laundry is located in the Park. 

Amenity and Cabin Keys: Any key lost/not returned on departure will incur a $10.00 charge.

Noise and Behaviour:  All guests have a right to the peaceful enjoyment of their site. Excessive noise, unruly/offensive behaviour is not tolerated at any time of the day or night.Park quiet time  is 10pm-7am when it is expected that noise from any source e.g. social gatherings, games, tv, music etc, is not audible from neighbouring sites/cabins.

Guests are not to enter another site without their authority. Any person/s that intentionally or through careless use damages Park property (or that of other guests) may be evicted and responsible for repair/replacement costs.

Visitors Use of our facilities including amenities, beach access, carpark and entertainment are strictly limited to guests staying overnight.  There is no obligation for Management at any time to allow Park access to anyone other than those you have pre-booked on your site/cabin. If you have a special event happening or wish to have someone visit you while you are a guest in our Park – you need to request and gain approval for this prior to their arrival.    Those arriving in the Park without notice will not be granted access to the Park. If unauthorised people are found in the Park they will be evicted and if you have invited them in – your stay may be affected.

Safety and Security in the Park 

Roads in the Park are shared with vehicles and pedestrians. All vehicles need to keep to a walking speed limit (6kmh)   Bikes and scooters may only be ridden in the Park during daylight hours and only if the rider (including adults) wear a safety helmet.  No skateboards, hoverboards or electric/motorised scooters/bikes (there is a skatepark located in Nubeena). Children who are not traffic aware i.e. experienced in riding on other public roads either stay off the roadways or be accompanied by an adult.  No playing or riding near the Entry and Exit gates or on the main driveway into the Park (the area out of bounds is clearly shown on the Park Map which will be issued on arrival).

Playground equipment can be used during daylight hours from 7am to 9pm (or dark if earlier). Always supervise children in your care and ensure they only use equipment that is appropriate for their age, strength and co-ordination. Common grassed areas can be used during daylight hours from 7am. 

 Roads/paths/empty sites must be kept clear of stationary vehicles/bikes/toys at all times.  Please do not attach ropes and lines to trees or Park structures.  

Amenity Block – Young children must be accompanied by an adult when in the camp kitchen and amenity blocks. Female and Male Bathroom facilities –  Strictly No Entry while the main daily cleaning is in progress. While one facility is closed the other Facility is deemed Unisex and available to all. Refer to signage on amenity doors for cleaning times and current situation.

Fires on Sites No Fires 1st December to Easter Sunday inclusive and Hobart Show weekend.  From Easter Monday to 1st December (excluding Hobart Show weekend) enclosed off the ground firepots are allowed on certain sites – conditions apply so discuss before arrival.

Wifi for basic use is available at no charge and you will be given access details on arrival.

Notes:  Management reserve the right to apply discretion at any time for any reason e.g. noise limits on New Years Eve and special events. 

RISK WARNING  Park Management warn all persons who engage in any activity for recreation, leisure or relaxation that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or serious personal injury.  All persons who engage in recreational activities do so at their own risk. Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times. By entering the Park, it is accepted that all activities including recreational activities are not free of risk and that park management is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from such activities. On entry, it is also agreed that park management, owners, employees or agents are indemnified against all claims for injury, loss, damage or theft of property.


​​​​​​​High Peak – Christmas Eve – January 28th, Holiday periods including Hobart Regatta, 8 Hour Day, Easter and Royal Hobart Show –   Deposit of the first two night’s tariff must be paid when booking (unless otherwise advised) with any balance to be paid on or prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations or changes within 28 days of the arrival date. Refunds of deposits (less $35.00 admin fee) will only be payable for cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival.  Any increase to guest numbers must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival as Management reserve the right to limit guest numbers in the Park without notice.*

January 29th to April inclusive, Queens Birthday weekend , October to mid December (excluding Royal Hobart Show period)  Adeposit of the first night’s tariff is required when booking (unless otherwise advised) with any balance to be paid on or prior to check in.  Any increase to guest numbers must be requested at least 3 days prior to arrival as Management reserve the right to limit guest numbers in the Park without notice.  No refunds for cancellations or changes within 5 days of the arrival date.  Refunds of deposits (less $35.00 admin fee) will only be payable for cancellations more than 5 days prior to arrival *

May to September inclusive (excluding Queens Birthday holiday period)  A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required when booking (unless otherwise advised) with any balance to be paid on or prior to check in.  No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival date.  Refunds of deposits will only be payable (less administration fee) for cancellations more than 48 hours prior to arrival date *  

*Pandemic related :  If you are unable to travel due to quarantine/close contact reasons a full credit towards another stay within 12 months or alternatively a refund (less $35.00 admin fee) will be offered. 

Other personal unforeseen events resulting in a cancellation  or shortened stays:On a case by case basis we will consider a credit (less administration fee) towards another stay to be used by you within 12 months.  

When booking more than 6 months in advance changes to pricing and conditions may occur and we will notify you if that happens. In that event you will have 7 days to advise if you wish to continue with the booking.  If not, we will refund any deposit already paid.
