White Beach Tourist Park offers a relaxed atmosphere coupled with quality facilities and direct beach access. All of our powered sites have access to water, grey water drainage & power outlets.
Close to all sites are clean amenities and laundry facilities. A camp kitchen dining/tv room makes camping comfortable.
We also offer gas BBQ’s, a children’s playground, free wi-fi, dump point, store offering icecreams and basics.

Park Rules and Conditions
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: All guests must comply with whatever Government and Health Authority rules are in place at the time of your stay – hygiene, maximum numbers inside buildings, social distancing etc – whilst in our Park.
Park Management will be adhering to all regulations and may need to make some changes without notice in regard to our usual practices eg. borrowing of sports equipment, group activities etc.
Day Visitors To Your Site/Cabin
Until further notice NO DAY VISITORS are to enter the Park. Only registered Cabin or Site guests will be allowed into our Park – if you wish to meet up with others not staying with us you will need to do so off the Park. This is a condition of your stay.

All patrons are requested to read the following Park Conditions. If you choose to stay with us you are agreeing to these conditions. If you have any concerns before or during your stay please don’t hesitate to contact us.
As the Site Holder it is your responsibility to ensure all those travelling with you are aware of the conditions of your stay.
Children and infants are the sole responsibility of their parent/caregiver and must be supervised at all times while on the Park property
No Pets No generators
Office and Kiosk Hours 9am to 5pm or as noted at Reception.
Arrival and Departure: Check In Time: Sites from 11am. Cabins from 2pm Check Out Time Sites and Cabins by 10am
All fees payable to be paid on or before arrival. Refer to our Booking/Cancellation Policies below for details.
Cabins/Site allocation We will endeavour to keep you on the site you have requested however (due to unforeseen events) we do not guarantee a particular site.
One vehicle per site/cabin. Trailers and additional cars to go into carpark. Boats into the boatyard. Every effort will be made to accommodate extra vehicles/boats however access to the carpark and boatyard is subject to availability. Site Entry and Exit is via a coded gate A Site Holder will be issued with a boom gate code and can have one vehicle on their site at any one time. If you have two vehicles one vehicle will need to exit before the other can enter – including when unloading or packing up.
Cabins are serviced weekly i.e. for stays of more than 7 days. The main bed will be made up and linen for any additional paying guests will be placed on the bunkbeds. Extra supplies/linen are available from the office/shop but may incur a cost.
Amenity and Cabin Keys: Any key lost/not returned on departure will incur a $10.00 charge.
Noise and Behaviour All site/cabin occupiers have a right to the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of their site. Excessive noise, unruly/offensive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time of the day or night
Any person/s that have intentionally or through careless use damaged Park property (or that of other guests) may be evicted and held responsible for repair costs.
Park quiet time 10pm-7am. When noise from any source e.g. social gatherings, games, tv, music etc, is not to be audible from neighbouring sites/cabins.
No Visitors Use of our facilities including amenities, beach access, carpark and entertainment are strictly limited to guests staying overnight. There is no obligation for Management to allow Park access to anyone other than those you have pre-booked on your site/cabin. You will need to meet those not booked to stay overnight elsewhere.
If you have a special event happening and wish to have someone visit you on your site/cabin – Check with Management prior to your stay Anyone arriving to visit those on sites or in cabins without prior approval will not be granted access to the Park. Refer to our Booking/Cancellation Policies below re including additional guests on your site/cabin and notice required.
Safety and Security in the Park – Parents and Caregivers of children you will need to ensure all the children also understand these rules.
Young children must be accompanied by an adult when in the camp kitchen or amenity blocks.
All vehicles including bicycles/scooters need to keep to speed limit (6kmh) and follow the one-way system. Bikes and scooters may only be ridden in the Park only during daylight hours and only if wearing a safety helmet. No skateboards, hoverboards or motorised scooters/bikes.
Playground and common areas are able to be used from 7am to 9pm or dark if earlier. Always supervise children in your care and ensure they only use equipment that is appropriate for their age, strength and co-ordination.
It is a busy park and roads are shared with vehicles and pedestrians. Children should keep off roadways and stay on the grassed area unless road safety aware. Pre-schoolers are never to be on the roadways without an adult with them. No riding on the footpath around the amenity block or in the soft fall play equipment area. Children must not play or ride near (or through) the Entry and Exit gates or on the main driveway into the Park.
Roads/paths/empty sites must be kept clear of stationary vehicles/bikes/toys at all times. Lines and ropes are not to be attached to trees or any Park structures. Do not enter another person’s site without their authority
Amenity Block – Female and Male Facilities Strictly No Entry while the main daily cleaning is in progress. While one facility is closed the other Facility may be deemed Unisex and available for urgent use of toilets. Refer to signage on amenity doors for cleaning times and current situation.
Fires on Sites: No fires 1st December to Easter Sunday inclusive. From Easter Monday to 1st December (excluding Hobart Show weekend) enclosed off the ground firepots are allowed on certain sites – conditions apply so discuss before arrival.
Wifi for basic use is available at no charge and you will be given access details on arrival.
RISK WARNING Park Management warn all persons who engage in any activity for recreation, leisure or relaxation that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or serious personal injury. All persons who engage in such activities do so at their own risk. Children and infants must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Administration Fee: $35.00 per booking. Booking and Cancellation Policy will depend on the date of your booking as below:
High Peak Minimum two night bookings being Mid December – January 8th. Holiday periods including Australia Day, Royal Hobart Regatta , Eight hours Day, Easter and Royal Hobart Show. Deposit of the first two night’s tariff must be paid when booking (or by the date advised) with any balance to be paid on or prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations or changes within 28 days of the arrival date. Refunds of deposits will only be payable (less administration fee) for cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival. Any increase to guest numbers must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival as Management reserve the right to limit guest numbers in the Park without notice.
January to April inclusive and October to mid December (excluding Royal Hobart Show period) Adeposit of the first night’s tariff is required when booking (or by the date advised) with any balance to be paid on or prior to check in. Any increase to guest numbers must be requested at least 3 days prior to arrival as Management reserve the right to limit guest numbers in the Park without notice. No refunds for cancellations or changes within 7 days of the arrival date. Refunds of deposits will only be payable (less administration fee) for cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival
May to September inclusive A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required when booking (or by the date advised) with any balance to be paid on or prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival date. Refunds of deposits will only be payable (less administration fee) for cancellations more than 48 hours prior to arrival date
CANCELLATIONS RE PANDEMIC : Full refunds are only payable if you or any of those booked with you are unable to travel due to the being advised by authorities to isolate or quarantine OR our inability to accommodate you.
Other personal unforeseen events resulting in a cancellation : On a case by case basis we will consider a credit (less administration fee) towards another stay to be used by you within 12 months of the original booking.
